So...I have about eleventy gajillion things I should be doing, but instead I made a picspam of Rose and the Doctor. BECAUSE EVEN THEIR FEET RADIATE ADORABLE.
You know all those posts I did where I flailed in capslock about Doctor Who? This is like that. Except with pictures.
SERIES 1
Not a lot goin' on here, because much as I love Nine...his taste in footwear wasn't exactly thrilling. His shoes had to scream WARTORN OMG, and colorful shoes don't do that.
1.03 "The Unquiet Dead"
Even the Doctor IS STUNNED BY THE BEAUTY AND AWESOME OF ROSE'S MAGNIFICENT FEET. This is true.
And Rose is like OMG YOU'RE RIGHT. MY FEET ARE ADORABLE.
OMG THEY ARE ADORABLE. I COMPLETELY AGREE, ROSE.
1.10 "The Doctor Dances"
Their feet radiate cuteness at each other. That shouldn't even be possible, but it totally is, as is made perfectly clear in exhibit A (above). It's like their toes can sense each other! Or something.
1.13 "The Parting of the Ways"
OOPS. HOW DID THIS GET IN HERE?
Jack wears shoes, too. In case you'd forgotten. Because you're totally looking at his feet in this cap, aren't you?

2.01 "New Earth"
JUST SO YOU REMEMBER THAT ALL OF THEM IS ADORABLE. NOT ONLY THEIR FEET.
2.02 "Tooth and Claw"
I just...idek, okay? Ninja!monks. They make me laugh.
The boots show up a lot. Also, the Doctor seems to stick to these...neutral-colored? canvas-colored? high-tops for most of S2.
LOOK THEIR TOES ARE POINTING AT EACH OTHER THAT MEANS IT'S LOVE.
AND THEY WALK IN SYNC LIKE TWO PEOPLE WHO DO THINGS IN SYNC.
2.05 "Rise of the Cybermen"
THEY MATCH. No, seriously. I'm convinced the Doctor switches to black just to match Rose. SHUT UP YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW, THIS IS JUST TOO CUTE.
And see, now I'm thinking that Rose's boots are the same ones that first showed up in "Tooth and Claw." Except now you're probably all, "Well, hello, of course they had to be wearing those shoes earlier, because then they have the proper footwear for their natty disguises," but no. THEY CHOSE THOSE SHOES SO THEY WOULD MATCH.

YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS NOW RIGHT???
OMG I KNOW. IF I COULD MARRY A PAIR OF SHOES I WOULD MARRY THESE. EXCEPT WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF ROSE'S FEET THEY LOSE THEIR MAGIC.
YOU PROBABLY THINK THAT THE SHOES MAKE ROSE'S FEET ADORABLE BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE. ACTUALLY ROSE'S FEET MAKE THE SHOES ADORABLE.

83% OF THE DOCTOR'S GLEE IS BECAUSE HE LOVES THE PINK HEELS ROSE IS WEARING. THIS IS ALSO TRUE. WOULD I LIE TO YOU?

Is there any universe where they aren't perfect for each other? They even sit on their chairs in the same way!

DOES THIS REALLY NEED WORDS??? (A: NO. IT DOES NOT.)
The Doctor's all OI TORCHWOOD I SEE WHAT YOU DID THAR.
Also, I couldn't choose between this cap and the last one. IT'S LIKE THE ULTIMATE SHOE SHOT.
IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE HERE IS NOT THE DOCTOR'S SHOES.
...And you know what? I think that's going to be my preferred "Doomsday" image from now on. Beach scene? What beach scene? I don't remember anyone crying in that episode.
