It is kind of breaking my brain to call Bones something other than "Bones" or "McCoy," I will not lie.
Special Agent Jocelyn McCoy (neé Jocelyn Darnell)
&. She calls Bones...Leo? Len? Len, I think.
&. She goes back to her maiden name, or not?
&. Had two bridesmaids - see picspam. (Or BFFs, whichever serves.)
&. She and Len both enjoy fishing and horseback riding.
&. She likes outdoorsy things.
&. She likes comic books? DC? Would they still exist? OMG, WHAT IF DC AND MARVEL MERGE BY THE 23RD CENTURY?
&. Yeah, I'm also thinking she has brothers. Two brothers, no sisters.

The first five-year mission starts.

Tellerite ambassador Gav is murdered onboard the Enterprise. Joss comes in to investigate and reunites with Len. They are both 33. (see "Journey to Babel")

This is such a totally cool idea. I'm getting all sorts of interesting pictures.
Joss meets Spock, (I can't think of anything that would freak McCoy out more really)
Kirk continually hits on her and she completely ignores him.
Joss and Uhura get on like a house on fire.
Oh and we all thought Spock and McCoy argued like an old married couple!
The ultimate the love-hate relationship.
